The pie chart illustrates the average share in typical meals of three sorts of nutrients, all of which may be considered to have a detrimental effect on people’s health if eaten in excess. The given three pie chart illustrates moderate proportions seen in typical meals and the factors which can affect an individual it they consume three varities of nutrients (sodium, saturated fat and sugar) on an excessive amount in the USA.

Overall, people in the USA have been consuming sodium and sugar on an excessive amount during dinner and as a snack respectively. Meanwhile, saturated fat is also consumed heavily during dinner time which can cause many diseases in the future.

    part 2:
There is a growing debate regarding whether one should accept an unfavourful situation such as job where you don’t see your future in that pays you less or trying to find a better opportunity where there is a provision of better pay and content with the situation. I firmly believe that one should always be optimistic about their journey and try to push themself inorder to improve and achieve your dream.

Proponents of the first view claim that the right way is to accept the situation despite being bad such as accepting a job with less pay. For instance, if you’ve recently graduated and looking for a job. It is better to accept the job offers that has lesser pay. Rather then staying unemployed, you get to learn new things everyday and upskill your ability that can eventually lead to your dream job. So, you should have a optimistic mindset and overcome such challenges which will eventually transform you into your best self.

Conversely, those who advocate for trying to better those situation and motivate yourself is also my belief. You should have a mindset that you only live once and this is your chance to learn every single thing and benefit from those bad situation. One of the pivotal factor that makes an individual successful in their career or life is that they have a bigger plan and goal to achieve which helps them in pushing themself and motivate them. Being in an unfavorful situation can cause many challenges such mental stress as demotivated, depressed, uninterested and loss of creativity in the work you do. So, have faith in yourself and build a long term goal that makes you motivated everyday to achieve it.

After considering both perspective, it is evident that trying to improve and pushing yourself can eventually lead to a fruitful result.
