The first benefit of encouraging children to work hard so that they can achieve anything they want is that it will encourage them to strive for more. They will push themselves beyond their limits because they believe that in the end, there will be a positive reward. Believing that to acquire something they desire, all they need to do is work hard and they will get it will make these kids want to do more. Furthermore, it will lead to the growth of generations who will believe in hard work, noting that nothing good comes easy, and that there are no shortcuts to success in life.
Conversely, there are disadvantages of giving such message to children. Firstly, it can affect these growing minds to accept that it is better to work hard than work smart.
