If my memory serves me right, it happened around two years ago during my junior year and it was during school monitoring season. My engineering season in our school meant all students of a certain grade have to take an exam. The exam took three to four hours and it required us to skip the actual classes and come to the the main hall of the school and sat on the desks in front of the computers. So because of the binge registration on a single website, I guess the computers were were lacking most of the time. It just meant that many students couldn’t even turn on their laptops. And what was my problem was that I couldn’t sign into the website to take the exam. So it wasn’t because I didn’t fully understand how to use the computer but it was because I didn’t really catch where the problem was. So the IT teacher came up to me and helped me so the problem was in the in the Wi-Fi and he fixed it and then I started my exam so that’s when I realized that I didn’t really know how to manage the back end of any electronic device
