Well, once serious is problem that I encountered and successfully solved when my university force decided to complete the major research projects and one of our team members solely felt ill and couldn’t contribute. This was a serious issue because we were facing a time that’s why we are unsure if we could finish the projects on time without her help. Illegally, we are worried because her part of the project was quite, quite crucial and we didn’t have much time to review everything. It seems like we may fail the assignment or at least get a slow grade because we couldn’t complete its asplend to solve this. I decided to take on some of her tasks when we were working long hours. I also organized HR group meeting to redistribute the work load more efficiently. I communicated with our professors in the situation and thankfully they offered an attention for the deadline. I also read out a few classmates for HR support to ensure that we could complete the projects and the best of our abilities. In the end, we managed to finish the projects on time and our group received positive feedback from the professionals. This everyone taught me the importance of flexibility, time management and teamwork. I realized how important it is to stay calm and think of the solution when faced with unexpected challenges.
