It was last year when I had to wait to get my bank card from the post office. It was the regular bank card, specifically for students. You have to get it in order to finalize your application at the university. I was at the post office at 8 am and I left at 12 pm. I had to wait nearly four hours. To add to that, the office was full of students because it was mid-July and everyone was facing a deadline. The students were eager to get that card, so it was chaotic really. I think at 12:30 pm, it was my turn to get that card. I finally finalized my application and received it. I don't know how tiring it was to wait all those hours just to get a simple card.
