To tell about a time when I uh, experience post service. I’like to talk about a uh, visit to a Koreer restaurant in Hano City. I came there with my family for dinner and trying many new cuisines. Upon entering Easor crowded and the staff was very busy for their working so nobodyow our present. After long time, the staff plot the menu for us to order even though we didn’t order many list um they prom us another which was not in the list order when we called the uh, step um. Not only they not aploiate but also the were impite angry and told us to you studyied or wait a little longer. I left the restaurant with an unhappy and bad feeling because of their service. I don’t want to go back there again. That was a forgettable memory that I don’t want to experience anytime. Um. This also brought me a lesson about service in hospital tability industry which should be paid more attention to their service. If the restaurant want to be famous.

This also brought me a lesson about service in the hospitality industry, which should be paid more attention to. If a restaurant wants to be famous, they need to prioritize good service.
