To be honest, I'm not good at memorizing things, and I often forget important meetings. So I record my life by taking photos, and then I post them on social media. I think it is pretty useful, and when I want to review, I can look at these pictures. I think that is pretty meaningful for me.

Is there a garden in the place you live in?
