Band 7+: can you introduce yourself?

Your pronunciation is quite good. Working on consistency and tackling difficult sounds may enhance clarity.

The response is relevant to the question and provides a concise introduction. However, to improve, consider elaborating further on your interests or experiences to provide a more comprehensive self-introduction. A brief mention of your background or aspirations would also enhance the response.

The response is coherent and easy to follow. The slight hesitation at the start ('Oh yes, so') could be improved by starting more directly. The phrasing 'If I were to tell about one of my qualities...' is a bit indirect; a more concise phrasing would enhance fluency. Overall, very good fluency.

Vocabulary is adequate and appropriate for the task. 'Book enthusiast' is a good choice of words. More sophisticated vocabulary could be used to describe personal qualities. For example, instead of 'book enthusiast,' you could say 'avid reader' or 'bibliophile,' depending on the nuance you want to convey. Expanding on the 'book enthusiast' aspect with a specific example would further demonstrate lexical resource.

Grammar is mostly accurate. The sentence 'it would be I am a book enthusiast' is grammatically incorrect; it should be 'it would be that I am a book enthusiast' or 'I am a book enthusiast.' Minor grammatical improvements would elevate the response to a band 9.
