To be honest, as I've known, nowadays education is more accessible and also suitable for students from all over the world. The reason behind this is that technology now has more distribution in the education sector. Due to the advanced technologies in the world, there are new ways to learn, such as learning autonomy, which relies a lot on the students. According to scientists, these methods are really effective, and there are more and more geniuses out there using them. Moreover, compared to the past, when the world was nearly affected by World War I and World War II, education was just a side part of it. Countries were focused on improving tanks or methods to destroy our world. They were not really focused on education.
