I have experienced many bad services in my life but that one I could clearly remember was about three years ago when I went to a well known restaurant in my city with my friend. We had booked a table and waited almost 20 minutes for waited to take our water. We waited two chicken steaks but it took nearly one and a half hour to arrive. Finally the steaks were served but it was not prepared as we had requested. I called the staff and I called the waiter and they expressed my frustration. Though I was upset he responded very politely and apologised for the inconvenience but I could not convince myself and asked to speak with manager because at that time I was very hungry and had already waited so long. The manager came and he apologised fast and offered us two steaks with their popular dish. I accepted his offer and waited another hour. The day was really wet and the chef was in a tough situation to handle all the customers because the day was a holiday and finally I convinced myself.
