Now I would like to talk about a bad service that I received in a shop. It was my local shop, and it was located in my neighborhood. It happened two years ago when I invited my friends and cousins to my home, and at that time, I needed to buy some clothes for my cousins. I urgently needed clothes, so I went to this shop because it was close to my house. I picked out several clothes and returned home. Everyone liked the clothes except for one of my cousins, who did not like her clothes. Therefore, I went back to the shop and told them I wanted to return and exchange the clothes. Suddenly, the staff hit my head, and I ended up bleeding. My family took me to the hospital. The staff was very aggressive and harmful, and I felt traumatized by the experience. It was shocking to be treated that way, especially when I was just trying to resolve an issue with a purchase.
