People say books are the best teacher and we can enhance our level of knowledge. Today I would like to share a book that I read and I find very useful. The book name is Young Forever and I have been living for six months. Basically, book illustrates the detail about living life with good health. The book is divided into the 10 chapters. The first 5 chapters demonstrate the information about dietary habits and importance to have nutritional food and also author emphasis the changing food habits towards the unhealthy and junk ones. Apart from that, the another five chapter is given the information about our irregular schedules impact on human nature, significance of exercises and yoga and this irregular schedule leads towards the various mental illness and on the final chapter author address these issues and provided effective solution to mitigate this problem. Personally, I find very useful these books to keep myself healthy and also I follow the diet plant which is illustrated in that book. I do exercise regularly in the morning and whenever I feel stressed or frustrated, I do yoga and really it works well rather than taking a stress-reduced medicine. So overall, according to me, this book is very beneficial for me and everyone should read that book to keep their self healthy.
