I’m going to talk about a useful book called the science of nutrition. It was about three years ago. I came across it on Re-Note, a popular social media platform in China. And I had tried many methods. But none of them worked. For instance, I crashed diet. But the results didn’t last. So I immediately joined to it and I bought one last summer too on wind. And the highlight is how it changed my thinking. First I was excited to try, but then I got a bit frustrated due to its complex science concepts. However, I once understood it doesn’t just tell me what to do but also explains the science behind it. Eventually, I finished the book and it more healthier. Now I lose weight successfully. or in all. This is such a useful book. I definitely recommend it to others.
