Wow, this is a complex question for me, but here's my answer. One of the challenges that I faced and overcame is the depression that I suffered when I moved to Australia. I'm quite a social person, so I didn't realize how much it would affect me, but it occurred like... Actually, I didn't notice at all until I lost a lot of weight and didn't feel well with my body and everything I was doing. I started to think that I needed to take better care of myself and reset my body and mind. I sought a different perspective from someone who could help me overcome this stage I was in at that time. The people who helped me a lot were my family and friends, especially the online presence, as they couldn't come here. I had daily talks with them. I also had the opportunity to go to church more often, where I made friends who helped me a lot as well, trying to support my relationship with God in a spiritual way. Finally, my husband was a special person who came into my life and changed everything for me in a joyful way. I learned that it is vital to take care of your mental health. Sometimes we don't even notice how important it is, but it truly is.
