I’d like to talk about countryside place I visited a few years ago. It was a small rural village located in the southern part of Korea, not far from my hometown. I went there during the summer with my family to take a short break from our busy city life. During the trip, I spent most of my time relaxing and enjoying nature. For example, I went for long walks along the rice fields, helped local farmers with simple tasks, and tried some traditional homemade food. One of the most memorable experiences was sitting by a river in the evening and watching the sunset, which felt very peaceful and refreshing. This place was quite different from a city in several ways. First of all, it was much quieter and less crowded. In contrast to the city, there were fewer cars, less noise, and cleaner air. In addition, people in the countryside seemed more friendly and relaxed. While city residents are usually busy and stressed due to their fast-paced lifestyle. In terms of advantages, countryside life offers a healthier environment and a slower pace of living, which can reduce stress. However, there are also some disadvantages. For instance, there are fewer job opportunities, limited access to healthcare and education, and less convenient transportation compared to the cities. Overall, although I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, I think I still prefer living in the city because it is more convenient for walk and daily life.
