And I do it very often, like whenever I get done, it’s like if I go to 5 to 10 minutes time from my like assignment or whenever I’m just at that time whenever I just find myself to do it because I find it enjoyable. It’s because it helps me to relax and calm my mind because it helps me to use deep position mind too.
