I was born and raised in India. So encountering a crowd is more or less ubiquitous here since India is the largest populated country on the planet. My house is located in Calicut which is a coastal city, a popular tourist attraction. And during the holidays the city gets rather crowded, more than it already is. If I were to visit the beach on these holidays, I could see this large crowd that would overshadow the vast ocean itself. You see I am an extremely introverted individual who tends to avoid social interactions as much as possible. So being in a crowd is not my cup of tea. I would feel suffocated when I get stuck in a crowd. So I tend to avoid it in any way I can. So when I am at the beach and I have all these people surrounding me, I would feel like I don’t belong in my own hometown. However, I do believe that I have to step out of my comfort zone and having this opportunity to exercise this would aid me in the future. But till now I haven’t really achieved anything out of these exercises.
