I was born and raised in India, so encountering a crowd is more or less ubiquitous here since India is the most populated country on the planet. My house is located in Calicut, which is a coastal city and a popular tourist attraction. During the holidays, the city gets rather crowded, more than it already is. If I were to visit the beach during these holidays, I would see a large crowd that would overshadow the vast ocean itself. You see, I am an extremely introverted individual who tends to avoid social interactions as much as possible. Being in a crowd is not my cup of tea. I feel suffocated when I get stuck in a crowd, so I tend to avoid it in any way I can. When I am at the beach and have all these people surrounding me, I feel like I don't belong in my own hometown. However, I believe that I have to step out of my comfort zone, and having this opportunity to exercise this would aid me in the future. But until now, I haven't really achieved anything from these exercises.
