A daily routine that I enjoy is playing basketball. I often play basketball in Time City or maybe in the park near my house. I usually do it with my friends who live near Time City in the park, but if they are not able to play with me, then I will play alone because I don't need friends to do this activity. I believe that when I practice alone, I can work on myself more, try to improve my skills, and become more independent. I don't want to be dependent on anyone, and I will also learn how to play with strangers because I believe that socializing is a very important skill for the future. When you go to work, you will meet other employees, and you have to know how to be a sociable person; you have to know how to be someone that everyone loves to be around. I enjoy playing basketball because I believe that it helps release stress. It is a relaxing activity that I enjoy doing. When I wake up, I go to do some basketball drills, and then I go to school. I have a really good mindset and a better day. Not only that, I believe that basketball will improve my health because doing sports, even at a recreational level, will increase your health in the long run.
