I have made many crucial decisions in my life. The most difficult decision would be telling lies to my family about my grandmother's situation. You see, she threw up a little bit of blood in her vomit, and my elder brother, who is in Australia, told me to take my grandmother to the hospital. So I took her to the hospital, and they did some biopsies. Later on, after a few days, we found out that she had third-stage lung cancer, and I was devastated by the news. I didn't know how to handle it. It was quite difficult to accept because I couldn't tell my dad that his mother had stage 3 cancer, as my father is also a BP patient, and it might have a negative impact on him because of the news. So I lied to my family members, saying that she had cancer but that it was curable, that it wasn't that devastating, and that she would be fine in the future. That's how I made my decision. I felt very sad about the decision I made and the situation I faced. I was so emotional and guilty at the same moment because I hadn't done anything for my grandmother while she was passing away in front of me. I knew that she would die for sure, not today, not tomorrow, but within a few months. I was crying every day, having nightmares. In the end, I saw her dying in front of me. She left her shawl and took her last breath in front of me in our home. I can't even imagine it; whenever I try to think about those things, I end up breaking down.
