At that moment, I feel uncomfortable and slightly angry. Because I thought my opinion wasn’t being respect. I was also worried about worried that if we keep arguing, we would waste time and end up with bad presentation. After a while, we decide to listen to each other more carefully. In the end, we choose a topic that was not too easy or too difficult and divide their work fairly. After this agreement was sold, I feel much better and more relaxed. This experience taught me that this agreement is normal when people work together and the keys to communicate a Calvary and Fire solution to tackle the issue.
