Well, I am quite addicted to cooking. I always try to explore new recipes and ingredients. Among them, today I am talking about a dish that I really enjoy making. This is Dal Bhat. It is a traditional Nepali meal that consists of lentil soup and steamed rice. It is simply comforting and a staple in most Nepali households. I prepare it first by washing the lentils thoroughly and boiling them with water, then adding salt and turmeric. While they are boiling, I sauté garlic, onion, and ginger. What are you doing here?
