I’m not very into foreign dish because my national dishes are good enough but there is one dish that I’m really in love. It is lasagna. It’s an American dish and it brings up a lot of emotions inside me and it has a link with my childhood. So once I was watching a TV series called Once Upon a Time, there was a villain cooking lasagna for a hero. I don’t know why but I was really in love with the villain and it felt so romantic and kind of lasagna hit me in the right spots. I really wanted to make it and it was COVID-19. Everyone had their own hobbies and making cooking videos on YouTube went viral. Many bloggers also made lasagna. Even Uzbek bloggers made lasagna and they have an easy dish. It’s an American dish and it contains very simple things like meat, minced lamb, carrots, onions, chopped carrots, diced onions, tomato sauce and pasta sheets. It’s as easy as this. The reason why I like to eat it is because it’s big family food. Sometimes when I make American dishes, I can’t make it for everyone but when I make lasagna, it’s very filling and it has a huge portion. Every time I taste lasagna, it melts in my mouth, all the different flavors hit the right spot and it brings back and I really watch Once Upon a Time over and over again.
