Sometimes we were just taking other commitments but this team member, this car, her aunt was incredibly motivated. She had this amazing ability to live everyone’s spirit. Keeping us focused and encouraging our input. Her positive energy was contagious. Contagious and it helped us stay on track even when the pressure was on. Then came the big day of our presentation. I was feeling a bit jittery standing up in front of our class. But as I stood there waiting for my turn, I could hear and quietly whispering fighting to me. And the rest of the team, there’s a little expression of support made a world of difference. It reminded me that we were all into this together and it really calmed my nerves. Ultimately, I tried to answer the encouragement and teamwork.
