We’ve known each other since secondary school and with her vision and personal skill she she has thought to become a captain in our basketball team. So the reason why she is one of the top great team player I have ever known is because she is a go-getter person. She always takes a chance and overcome challenges during leading our team. I guess she always have a teammate to improve their skill and give motivations to them whenever they want to give up. In addition, she is also a creative person who always come up with several bonding activities or practice sessions for each team member in order to enhance our sports skill like throwing, stealing or catching the ball. One of the important skills that we need to practice smoothly just because this basketball is a team sport. So it’s really really crucial to have the smoothly on that basic skill. So in my opinion, my best friend, a sport team leader, she is like a role model for me because she inspires and gives motivations to not only me but also to other team members who always want to work with her. That’s all I want to talk about.
