Unfortunately, a, uh, habit that I have developed, uh, recently is a bad habit, which is, um, doom. Scrolling through, uh, short YouTube videos before getting to sleep. I have developed this habit, um, during a tough period in my life where I was, uh, quite depressed and anxious. And before getting to bed, I. While getting to bed, I would get, um, negative ideas, um, negative, um, emotions and my brain with m thinking of bad scenarios and just overall, um, getting in a bad mood. And so I used to scroll through YouTube videos to clear my mind, um, from these, uh, uh, ideas. And nowadays I can’t go to sleep without them, even though I have gotten better mentally. And that this habit negatively impacted, uh, my overall health by making me go to sleep, uh, and affecting my eyesight, um, with all blue.
