This law aims, helps the citizens to remove the public official from the office before the end of the time, if they found to be corrupt, irresponsible or disaboying the rules and regulations of the government. I came up with this idea after staying in a film, Malayalam film one, starred by the famous Malayalam actor Mammootty. The entire story depicts about this law. So I thought it is good if it implemented in our state also. And I saw in many abroad countries that this law is implemented at the local level and they found that it has its own benefits. So I thought it is good if we can implement this in our country also. Under this law, an official, under this law, a citizen can give a petition if they found that the official is corrupted and if the petition is supported with valuable proof or evidence, they can be removed from the office before the end of the time. Then again the election can be taken place so that people should appoint new officials for the position. And this law can reduce the corruption and also the officials may improve their trust. They have the idea that they need to be more loyal towards the society so that they are afraid of the law. So they will work for the betterment of the society.
