Actually, nowadays more and more factories are built which contributes to too much pollution in our environment, including air pollution and sun pollution. This seriously affect our lives. Thirtyir eror caused some diseases, such as lung, um, cancer. One reason that I want to propose this law is that, uh, I live nearby some factories. So I experience the negative effects. In this law, the government should find thoseries which produce too much wasted. If producing too much pollution that exists, the standard factories should be fined. I believe it will have significant effect, um, on those industries. Because no one wanted to spend any money on this. Moreover, pollution can be eliminated and the clean environment will be gave back to us. To be honest, I suppose the law can be supported by many people in Taiwan. Because there are a lot of people badly influenced by this.
