I would like to introduce a new law addressing the issue of pollution in Taiwan. Currently, the increasing number of factories contributes significantly to environmental pollution, including air and water contamination. This has a serious impact on our lives, causing health problems like lung cancer. I'm proposing this law because I live near several factories and have personally experienced the negative effects of pollution. This law would require the government to identify factories that exceed pollution limits. Those exceeding the standards would be fined. I believe this would have a significant impact on these industries, as no one wants to incur financial penalties. Furthermore, this would help eliminate pollution and restore a clean environment for everyone. I believe this law would be widely supported by the people of Taiwan, as many are negatively affected by pollution.

I would like to introduce a new law which is about the issue of pollution in Taiwan. Actually, nowadays more and more factories are built which contributes to too much pollution in our environment, including air pollution and sun pollution. This seriously affect our lives. Thirtyir eror caused some diseases, such as lung, um, cancer. One reason that I want to propose this law is that, uh, I live nearby some factories. So I experience the negative effects. In this law, the government should find thoseries which produce too much wasted. If producing too much pollution that exists, the standard factories should be fined. I believe it will have significant effect, um, on those industries. Because no one wanted to spend any money on this. Moreover, pollution can be eliminated and the clean environment will be gave back to us. To be honest, I suppose the law can be supported by many people in Taiwan. Because there are a lot of people badly influenced by this.
