I want to describe a new law I'd like to introduce in my country, which is to ban looking at smartphones on the street. When I commute to university, I often see people walking while staring at their phones, and I think it is a very dangerous situation because it can cause many accidents due to a lack of caution. Under this law, people can't use their smartphones on the road. If they want to use their phone, they have to stop and do whatever they want to do. However, I think it is totally fine to listen to music because it doesn't require watching the screen. As for me, I always commute with music, so this exception is very important for me. If this law is passed, it will help make people much safer than before, and I think it can decrease the probability of accidents caused by using smartphones. I believe this law is very effective for people in modern society.

I want to describe a new law I’d like to introduce in my country which is that we should ban looking at smartphones on the street.
