If I had sufficient authority, I would implement a law to minimize water consumption by houses and families. I believe that the government should find families with higher amounts of water consumption and at the same time consider some financial concessions for lower consumption families. This law is very easy to implement because the only work to do is to design a table of consumption. It will be popular very soon because it's an environmentally friendly initiative and people these days are more conscious about their environment. It will control water consumption more effectively because of the limited water resources we have.
