Rather than jumping to conclusions, he breaks large problems in smaller, manageable parts. He often says that every problem has a solution provided you are willing to understand it before trying to fix it. I have seen this approach have saved both time and money on several occasions. His influence on me has been significant. Whenever I encounter a challenge now, I try to resist the temptation to react impulsively.
