So he is a person who always supports me and my goal is to place in a good civil engineering emergency company as a role of senior engineer and a board role like a project manager. These are my long term goals. So my father is a person who comes from middle class family background and he builds a strong foundation for us. He is not even salary is sufficient to run family but he studies. He gives us a better education like he studies education as in a private school like in a big private school. So, the main says that the study, the education is one of the thing which makes to change anything in life. So, he motivated in that way and the effects of his motivation impact my life more because the way of his ideology As a stepping stone, I want to achieve my goal without making mistakes or giving up in any situation. Because you only say that failure is not permanent and success is not come easy as you expect. So work hard and stay disciplined and stay consistent which these things can make to achieve any impossible goal. So he always explained that and I also see his life journey and my grandpa all other explains how my father struggled and gained and now come out from any situation in the off his life like he is a one son and he need to make all family members happy too. So he has three sisters so he make all the sisters marriage and he work hard to build a new house for us and he build a two floor house for us and he works every day so he not take any rest or not leave any leave for his work.
