I’d like to talk about Yoko who happens to be a person who makes plans a lot. First of all, let me give you a background. When I met her, we were in the same department, so we worked at the marketing department together. And she told me that she wanted to be our manager within a couple of years, and then and she was helping to be our general manager in the next seven years. And I thought she was extremely ambitious, that after a six-month, she changed her plan and she wanted to move into the Human Resources Division. So she started studying about human resources areas and took some courses. At that time I cheered her. However, she couldn’t get transferred, unfortunately. Eventually she decided to change in our company. So she started searching different agencies and talked to people at different companies. And I thought it was a good thing that she was making plans a lot. But I started to realize that her plans never came to fruition. It was just a pie in the sky kind of stuff. Now she is still in my department. is really good but I think if she actually stuck to her guns she could do really well and would be able to follow that parts of her original plan someday
