When I met her, she joined my previous department, so we were in marketing team together. Then she came into the department and she told me about her plans. And she said she wanted to be our manager within our couple of years. And she was hoping to be the general manager in the next seven years. So I thought, oh this is great, she is extremely ambitious. That after six months, she changed her first plan and said that she wanted to be, she wanted to change the division. So she wanted to go into the Human Resources Department, and she started studying about human resources. And now I thought, this is also nice and good luck for her. However, she couldn’t get transferred unfortunately. And then she decided to change the companies. She started searching agencies and talked to people at different companies. And I cheered her, but I started to realize that her plans never came into fruition. It was like pie in the sky kind of stuff. And now she is still in my department and she’s really good at work. But I feel if she stuck to her guns, she could.
