There are um, many reason uh, like why I feel that is more comfortable or more interesting job. The person who is working, his complete name is Abdul Rashid. He was my senior at the same university, from the same department. Uh, he just completed his MBA from University of Agriculture for Salabat. And uh like he’s have the role of marketing manager or you can say senior marketing manager with uh profit three to 5000 sales job. Uh, with all these like necessities and facilities in the company did him. Uh. There are many skills that he have. Mostly he told me that the skill of management, leadership, critical thinking are the three most uh, top skill that need for that kind of job. And he said that leadership is the main thing. If you know how to lead the team you can do a better uh, thing and you will have a better result compared to a person who is introvert or shy. Um. Now there are many reasons why I feel that this is interesting job. First, firstly, uh, the salary is high compared to all other jobs that related to marketing that I know in. Second, most important in the facilities that company provide him like lunch or their company cars or everything like insurance. They can cover him if he’kind, of face any kind of problems in future. Third, mostly the environment of their work. The companies are well known company and the people are so friendly and so like they a humble person. You know like you love to work with them and you always want to work in this friendly kind of environment to learn and things. And fourth one, there are some skills department for training as well where you can learn some additional is like uh some strategies step for current marketing or even you can learn digital marketing as well. This is all the aspect that you need in your future.
