I want to talk about a piece of advice that I received, and it was very helpful. It was advice from my sister. She has been my role model since childhood. She was really beautiful and stylish, a girl that I admired. When I was a kid, I struggled with unhealthy weight and malnutrition. When I was approximately 12 years old, she advised me to drink more water, limit my consumption of fatty foods like junk food, and also to exercise. We did some exercises together, which really motivated me. Now, I would say I have fascinating results. I have a stunning body. I don't forget about exercise and my healthy lifestyle, and I'm really grateful to her. She also encouraged me not to stop pursuing my goals in life. Thank you.
