I want to talk about a phone I used to have. It was a smartphone that I got about five years ago. I bought it at a phone store near my house. I started using it because I needed it for studying, talking with my family and friends, and watching videos. It helped me with everything: reading, learning, and even relaxing. But after some time, I found myself playing games and watching videos for hours. I started to focus less on my homework and sleep very little. It made me feel lazy, so I decided to stop using that phone and get a simple phone with no internet. It was not easy at first, but now I feel better. I can still learn more and sleep well. I think it was a good decision.
