Last year I visited a place called Ladakh with my friends and family. We went there for a duration of 7 days. We took a flight from New Delhi to Leh city which is the capital city of Ladakh. Ladakh is known for its beautiful rich heritage and culture and also the stunning landscapes which we were able to witness when we visited there. But the most important and the gorgeous place that I visited in Ladakh has to be Pangong So. So is also referred to as lake so we can call it as Pangong Lake. We were able to reach Pangong Lake by 5 in the evening which was just about the right time because we got to witness and experience the golden hour. It was then that I was able to understand why everyone wanted to go to Ladakh at least once in their lifetime. Because Pangong is such a beautiful lake and when the soft radiance of the sunshine was falling upon the surface of the crystalline water in that lake was just stunning. Some of that radiance was also falling onto the brown muddy mountains which was surrounded across that beautiful saltwater lake. When I was able to go to a little near to the lake shore there was a board situated there which stated many interesting facts about Pangong. It stated that the lake was stretched about 165 kilometers and the 30% of that lake is under Indian government while the rest of it is owned by China’s government.
