You see I was born and raised in the city of Calicut, Kerala. Hence I did not have access to countryside. However, during my college days I had to move to a different city. And during these days as part of my exercise routine I was required to do long runs. And our destination was this magnificent countryside which was about 5 kilometers away from our hostel. Most importantly this was a bird sanctuary. So we had the opportunity to see these rare species that we have never seen before. And since our routine, our runs occurred in the morning we were also able to see the flowering of beautiful lotuses. It was a really picturesque scenery. Most importantly as an introvert individual I was personally fascinated with that. It helped me calm myself. It helped me feel like the world is so much better than I think it is. And I also remember that I also kept these visits rare as I did not want it to become a common thing. I wanted this to be a rare occasion, something valuable.
