Well, it’s famous for having the longest natural series in the world, stretching over 120 kilometers along the Bay of Bengal. I visited Cox’s Bazaar during the winter of 2021 with a group of friends. We wanted to take a break from our busy lives and enjoy the beauty of the sea, the sand, the serene environment. We stayed in a hotel that was right by the beach and luckily we had a room with the balcony. Facing the sea, the view from our room was absolutely stunning. As we wandered around the shore, I was completely captivated by the views and the endless stress of cold and sand. Meeting the deep blue waves of the Bay of Bengal was truly mesmerizing. One of the most stunning sights was during sunset. When the sky turned into a mix of orange, pink and purple house, reflecting on the water, it felt like a painting came to true. Another unforgettable view was from Himachari, a nearby hill area. From there we could see the triquoise waters of the sea, the loose of hills and even a beautiful waterfall. The combination of the sea, hills and sky created a view that was nothing short of magical. I think these views are so beautiful because they are so vast and untouched. The beach at Cox’s buzzard is incredibly peaceful, especially in the early mornings. When the waves gently crush against the seashore and the air is fresh and cool, the natural beauty of the place makes you feel small in the best way possible, reminding you of how magnificent the world is.
