One of the positive changes that I have made recently in my daily routine is now I go for a morning walk every day. I will get up at 7am without fail and after I get myself a cup of tea, I put my clothes on, grab my phone and headphone and then I go out. Before starting the walking I choose a podcast that I want to listen and then start to walk. In my opinion this routine helps me a lot. For example, not only does it active me physically but it also puts me in better mood because I can reduce the stress before they start and and I feel relaxed. I really feel the benefits of these changes. It gives me a sense of certainty and by cultivating these habits, I feel disciplined. I always enjoy it and I hate to miss my early morning walk. All in all, making this simple change has improved both my physical and mental health.
