I’m going to tell you about a positive change that I made in my life. When it comes to what it was, I decided to do exercise regularly, like three times a week. When it comes to why I make that change, the reason is because when I look at the mirror Every day I can see myself out of shape. I was fat and I can remember at that time my eating habit was not good, was not healthy and I always lied on the bed. I don’t frequently. I didn’t do that much exercise and therefore I don’t have many friends. I think probably because of my body shape was not good, I’m not confident in it, so I decided to make that change. So in regard to who I did with, I did exercise, until now I do exercise with my friends and with my family, we usually go for running or ghost women together. We do exercise together and we burn facts together. I think doing exercise with my family and friends, I can stay motivated to doing exercise and I am very excited, I feel great on it and we build great memory together and I can think positively when I start doing exercise. I learned how to go with the flow and always with a happy mind in my head and I become I will never give up give up on anything and I’m not lazy anymore and I am very energetic and I feel very great about it.
