I think the way it affects our country is quite upsetting because we became so obsessed with the technology that we can’t just normally live the way that humanity used to live. We can’t eat without our phones, we can’t even go to toilet without our phones, I’m sorry. But this is the truth that is being held in our society nowadays. And it comes to the deep roots rather than just being obsessed with it. It’s when it leads to depression, maybe some mental and health troubles. Yes, it is true that nowadays many and many people face health troubles because of phone. So I think we have to stop being overly addicted and actually start balancing our time and being able to control the way we spend, the way we choose to spend our time because we are in the endless pursuit of information. And the fact is that we don’t even need that lot of information because we would even forget the videos that we watched on Instagram or in TikTok. That means it is not even that useful or necessary. We just spent our time and it also affects bad for ourselves. So that’s why I think addiction to phones are bad.
