Well, throughout my life, I have faced many troubles while online shopping, but the most unforgettable one took place approximately 6 or 7 years ago when I ordered a new smartphone from a well-known online shopping site. I received a message stating that this product was quite popular, and I trusted the reviews. However, after using my new phone for 2 weeks, I realized that the quality of the product was not as expected. I discovered that the battery of the phone had been replaced with another one. After this situation, I contacted customer service, and they responded to me 2 or 3 days later. Luckily, I don't remember the exact number, but they honored the guarantee of the smartphone and replaced my phone with another one. After this experience, it was a lesson for me, and I always try to check carefully when I order something new. This trouble is one of the most unforgettable and memorable issues I have ever faced while online shopping in my life.
