Well, there are a lot of good websites in my country that I think are very beneficial for a person to purchase any kind of product, as well as people like to visit different kinds of websites according to their interests and the various communities. So today's story is about the problem I had while shopping online. It was a couple of months ago when my friend told me I should order something from thephilipprica.com. I decided to order a mobile phone from Samsung because my previous mobile phone was broken due to a fall. First, I checked all the prices of the mobile phones on the website. Then I decided to purchase the Samsung model M34 5G because it has very good quality and features, especially its battery life, which lasts around 5 to 6 hours. Also, its processor is very good, which is really beneficial for my gaming habit. When I received the order and started using the mobile phone, I faced a problem because the screen of the mobile phone did not work properly. Moreover, it would always hang whenever I tried to play video games or watch videos on YouTube. At that time, I faced a lot of difficulties. I decided to call customer care, and I went through the entire customer care process. First, they instructed me to visit the nearest service center in my hometown. I felt very irritated. After that, I called another customer care number and shared videos of my mobile phone. They eventually gave me a refund for the mobile phone. This experience was really bad for me, and I faced a lot of difficulties in getting a refund from customer care. I think that if a person wants to shop online, they must check all the prices of different brands. Moreover, they should also check the quality. So that was the time when I had an online shopping experience and encountered a problem.

And then when I received this order, so that time when I used this mobile phone, that time I faced a difficulty because the screen of the dad and mobile phone did not work properly. Moreover, it was always hang out whenever I try to play video games as well as when I would like to watch the videos on the YouTube. So that time I faced a lot of difficulty. Then I decided I should call the customer care and then I called the entire customer care process. First of all, they give me instruction that I should visit the nearby center of your hometown. First of all, I felt very irritating. And after then calling to another customer care mobile numbers as well as sharing their videos all about my mobile phone, they give me a refund about this mobile phone. So, this was the experience was really bad for me and I faced a lot of difficulties to take a refund from the customer care. As you think that if we person want to shop on a certain time, they must check the all prices of the different kinds of bread. Moreover, they also check the quality. So that was the time when I had a shopping online as well as have a problem.
