Well, I would like to describe an app on my phone called Instagram. I installed it last year from the Play Store. I find it really useful because I can upload my videos there, and all my relatives, friends, and acquaintances can watch them. However, Instagram also has some disadvantages. It can cause people to spend too much time on it. Honestly, last month I spent too much time on Instagram, and after that, I tried to limit my usage. Surprisingly, I managed to do it. Nowadays, I use Instagram only once a week. Overall, it is a very helpful app, but it requires self-discipline to avoid wasting time.
