I would like to talk about a project I had to do as part of my studies. Back in the days when I studied at university, in my last year, I needed to do research. The research was about the difference between interval training and normal training in athletes. I had the chance to work with four classmates and one assistant teacher. This project took about two months, if my memory serves me right. This project encouraged us to improve our communication with each other and how to solve problems more effectively. For example, when we did this project during the COVID period, we didn't have many resources, and another challenge was that we couldn't go to certain places. So the solution was to use an application to work and cooperate with each other. Eventually, we solved the problems and presented this project clearly.
