Testing, testing, can you hear me well? Yes. Okay, I'm going to start. Naples is a very rapidly growing city, and as I've discussed before, we have the old city. Unfortunately, a lot of the buildings there are in a very terrible condition, and they need to be renovated. A new trend that has been popping up recently is turning old factories or facilities into new shops or even public buildings. One of the recent things that we have had was turning an old soap factory into a public library. This soap factory is almost 300 years old. It's a two-story building. It is a very large hall on the ground floor with a lot of compartments on the upper floor, and it's located in the northwestern part of the old city. That region is a very secluded area, so it was a perfect place for a library because it doesn't have a lot of the noise that's usually in the busier touristy areas. So what the government ended up doing was they took advantage of this large open home that they had to use it as the main room for the library. They fitted it with new flooring, they added a stronger structural stabilization system because the old floor was not very stable and it needed more reinforcement. They renovated the old furniture that they had, and they had to add new HVAC systems, which are air conditioning systems. The issue is if you want to have these air conditioning systems in these old buildings, they are not very easy to implement without losing the soul of the original building. So they had to innovate. So what they ended up doing was instead of having an air conditioning system implemented through a false ceiling, what they did was they had a false floor. So the air conditioning comes from the floor beneath you. This isn't a very common idea, but this is usually done in very dry climates, like they do it in deserts. This was implemented as well in Mexico in some areas.
