Instead of just describing a single restaurant, I will describe a few as I love both of them and it’s really difficult to describe one. In the past I used to really enjoy going to a restaurant named Urban Wagyu. This used to be my favorite restaurant in the world as they serve amazing steak and it was the best bang for your buck you could find around the place. This restaurant is located in west Surabaya and of course as it is a steakhouse, I ate steak in it. I really enjoyed it as the price isn’t really overpriced and the quality of food is significantly higher than other restaurants around. In fact, I might even say it is the best steakhouse you could find in Surabaya in terms of pricing and quality though. Now my new favorite restaurant is a uh, fine dining restaurant named Confit. Confit is a restaurant found in somewhere around the center ofaya, uh, ye centralabaya and the type of food I ate here was extremely fancy and it had a massive variety of ingredients. I really loved it as it gave me new flavors and its practically an experience I’ve never had before. The ingredients were fresh, high quality and new. They were a breath of fresh air. They were also done extremely well and the chef did a really good job at it. Of course, the price is really expensive as it is a fine dining restaurant. So that is my only caveat. In the future I have to be able to visit more restaurants similar to this, such as the Alchemist in Copenhagen or effervescence in Tokyo, Japan. As I hear their food is amazing and they’re the best fine dining restaurants you can find in the world.
