The rule that I find difficult to follow is arriving on time at work. In my experience, the rule is to come to work on time, but we can't go home when we want. It was created for the employers to earn money; they create these kinds of rules just so they can profit from it, while we are the ones who suffer. They are too greedy; I can't even leave when my shift ends. Even if my shift is supposed to end at 6 p.m., they will keep staff there at the same time, even if I am handling tasks all the time. The place where I worked is Opal and IBVTD studio. I was a Nail Technician there, so I needed to handle many clients at the same time. This affects my daily life because I am unable to leave on time due to health issues, which is why I find it quite challenging to comply with this rule. In the future, I will avoid working in places that do not respect our time. If we are working somewhere, they should respect our time. We will follow the rules no matter what the conditions are, but they should value our time, the work, and the effort we are giving them. However, that does not happen in the place where I worked before. It was really a bad experience for me. In the future, I plan to have my own business rather than working in places where I have to follow such rules.
