Well, there are many rules and regulations around the world, especially in my country. I am a person who respects rules and I always try to be a helpful person for our society. Now I want to discuss about a rule that isn’t good in my opinion and I really don’t like it. This rule is about when we go to the library, we couldn’t speak with our friends and aren’t allowed to use cell phones. These rules aren’t suitable for this place in my opinion because in the library people want to share their information and have some advice about books they are reading and they want to have engagement with each other and in this place people should be quiet quite the time and this rule makes libraries so boring and people think they are in prison and they don’t have a tendency to spend their time in this place. Moreover, the ban on cell phone usage isn’t good because people want to have communication with their parents or their friends when they are in the library. If they cannot have a connection to their families, it leads to unnecessary concerns to their parents and people prefer to go to their homes.
